Early concerns about communication with the city and various possibilities of space were connected to concerns about the scale, and these concerns were embodied in the design concept o“f Flow and Link”. By spatializing various accessibilities of ubiquitous environments, urban and natural environments are brought into the site and an overall“ flow”that brings the buildings together is created, and in the flow, more various spaces of communication are formed. The envelope with horizontal flow that connects buildings and intermediate spaces creates a dynamic image that embodies the light of information, while the curtain wall envelope in response to the urban street becomes the motif of the flow of digital information and plays a role as a great screen on which incidents and behaviors in the city are projected. Just as in all other projects, great efforts and passions of many people were required until the design concept of the Inno Valley Cluster was realized. We hope the work of the team members and other related people who made all-out efforts with a sense of duty as many seasons passed until the completion of the buildings could remain as a proud memory in the new town of Pangyo.
