The site is Block A22BL in Paju Unjeong New Town, some 30km from Seoul and 10km from Ilsan New Town. The site has an urban green axis complete with a culture park passing along the west and a pedestrian passageway in the north, which are two key starting points for the site planning. As the prospect right is rising as one of most important selling points in the housing market, designers identified a large plaza in the residential area and a park outside of it as the key design concept.
