The existing Daegu Bank headquarters building has been a landmark of the community for a long time since it was designed and built in 1985. Over time, the client again wanted to emphasize the symbolism, publicity and sustainability of the DGB group, which is moving forward with the image of the existing building. In order to maintain the location and memory of Daegu Bank 's head office, the aging function of the building was improved, but the image of the existing exterior was not seriously damaged. The lower floors created an atrium to open the public space to further increase the publicness of the public space, and this was in line with the management philosophy that the DGB Group wanted to move forward. The tower department focused on improving the exterior wall system and core system to improve the economic efficiency, improving the welfare of employees through indoor environment improvement and reducing the cost of building maintenance.
