It is planned to be able to act as a new gate of Singil Newtown with the identity of Singil Newtown connecting people, culture and nature. Newgate connects the complex with the local residents as a giant network of communications connected with the lower-level street shopping districts.
We planned to maximize the value of the complex by forming a landmark appearance through the specialization of design using various elements and to monopolize the premium of the commercial area by constructing the image of the new subway station landmark image of Shinpung Station.
